Level 1 & 2 Ministry Certification

“The Church is the communion of those called by Christ to be his disciples.”—Coworkers in the Vineyard of the Lord

Our ministry certification programs are composed of a series of classes, the number and duration of individual classes depends on the certificate being pursued. Developed in conjunction with the Office of Formation for the Diocese of Tucson and based on the standards articulated in the U.S. Bishops' National Directory for Catechesis, these programs are intended to form catechists, liturgical ministers, Catholic school principals and teachers, and committed Catholics in the basics of the faith.

Courses are offered in Scripture, Catechetical Methods and Human Development, Sacraments and Liturgy, the Creed, and Spirituality. Level I classes (the “Basics of Faith Enrichment Series”) are open to anyone who would like to take part; Level I must be completed before participants can begin the Level II certification process.

For pricing and registration for Level I and Level II Ministry Certification classes, please call (520) 623-2563 or email JMT@JordanMinistry.org.
